Please ask us about small weddings and elopements on Mondays and Tuesdays.
What does a wedding package include?
Our wedding package includes exclusive use of the venue and farm for the duration of your wedding. It also includes:
Rustic barn, with the ability to be fully enclosed for rainy days and cooler nights
1 Nights Accommodation sleeping up to 11 people (can add on extra nights $650 per night)
Ceremony seating - logs/benches/chairs
The farm for photography
Toilet facilities - in barn
Signing Table
Indoor and outdoor lighting, including outdoor festoon lights
Bar leaners & umbrellas for your cocktail hour
Reception coordinator to ensure your day is perfect
Rustic wooden reception tables and chairs for 130 guests indoors
Cake table
Outdoor games
Chiller
Power & water
Clean up and pack down
Refuse disposal
Our Bar
The Cattleman’s Club
This is our Rustic BYO bar. You supply the alcohol and we keep your guests happy and hydrated. The below package is an additional cost of $1700.
Full evening of bar service of any bottled and canned drinks, wine, champagne, spirits, and two cocktails from our cocktail list
Glassware
80 kgs of ice
Mixing and serving of cocktails
Two qualified bar staff
All equipment needed for mixing drinks
Dispensers or pitchers which can be used for water/juice drink station
A personalised bar menu
As of 2026 the bar will be a cash bar (no hire fee) you can either put a tab down or pay as you go.
How does the catering work?
Willow’s Ranch does not provide catering. We know that you want your guests to enjoy food you love, so we can provide a list of local caterers.
